Olive oil
1 bric of cooking cream
A sheet of puff pastry or shortcrust pastry

100 gr. of grated cheese

How to prepare Cheese, Ham and Onion Quiche

The cheese, ham and onion quiche is delicious. This dish has, among its many advantages, that it is very easy to make and uses very simple ingredients, which everyone has in their kitchen. Additionally, you can remove or add ingredients as you wish. Its flavor is exquisite!

To enjoy a delicious cheese, ham and onion quiche, the first thing we must do is peel and chop the onion. We reserve.

We put the puff pastry or shortcrust pastry on the mold, shape it into the mold with our fingers, pour a handful of dried chickpeas over it, so that it does not rise, and put it in the oven, at 180o C., for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, put a little olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and serrano ham.

Separately, we beat the eggs and add the cream to this mixture. Season with salt and pepper and also add a little nutmeg. Stir well and add the poached onion and serano ham.

Once the puff pastry or shortcrust pastry is baked, we put the cream, egg, ham and onion mixture on it, and sprinkle with grated cheese.

We put it back in the oven and let it cook for about 30 minutes, also at 180o C. Once the quiche is ready, we take it out of the oven, let it rest, unmold it and it is ready to eat.
