How to prepare Quinoa Salad with Chickpeas

The quinoa salad with chickpeas is delicious. If you are bored of traditional salads and want to surprise your family and friends with an exquisite, original, fun and unique salad, this recipe will surprise you. It is easy to make, very natural and has a delicious flavor.

To enjoy a delicious quinoa salad with chickpeas, the first thing we must do is wash the quinoa. Then we drain it and dry it, and toast it for a couple of minutes over medium-low heat.

We add two and a half measures of water for every half of quinoa and let it boil for about 15 minutes. Then, we drain it in a colander and cool it with cold water, and set aside.

We cut the carrot, arugula, cheese, hard-boiled egg and cherry tomato, and add them to a salad bowl.

Then we add the quinoa, sunflower seeds, chickpeas, flax and sesame, and salt.

Separately, we prepare a vinaigrette with the soy sauce, olive oil, a little lemon juice, oregano and paprika, stir and pour it over the salad.

If we want, we can remove or add an ingredient, to our liking, and we will have our salad ready. Delicious!
