How to prepare Banana, Kiwi and Oatmeal Smoothie
The banana, kiwi and oatmeal smoothie is delicious. It is perfect for people looking for drinks that are healthy, as it uses natural ingredients full of vitamins. If you want to take care of yourself, you can incorporate this smoothie into your breakfast or have it as a snack. There is no healthier smoothie.
To enjoy a delicious banana, kiwi and oatmeal smoothie, the first thing you should do is peel the bananas and the wiki.
Next we put the pieces in the blender glass and add the oat milk, which if you prefer can be soy, almond, whole or semi-skimmed.
We also add sugar, sweetener or honey, to each person’s taste, and if we like it cold we can also add some ice.
We beat and serve immediately, or refrigerate, making sure to stir well when we are going to serve it.
If we are going to drink the smoothie with a spoon, we can add some oat flakes as decoration. Delicious!
