How to prepare Lahamacun, Turkish Pizza
Lahamacun, Turkish pizza, is delicious. If you are tired of traditional pizzas, give the recipe a twist with this Turkish delight, which couldn’t be easier or tastier. It is very crispy and filling. Perfect for a family meal or with friends!
To enjoy a delicious lahamacun, Turkish pizza, the first thing we must do is chop the garlic, tomato, onion and pepper, and mix these vegetables with the minced meat.
We also add the chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper and mix the ingredients well.
We mix the sifted flour with the salt in a bowl and shape it into a volcano. In the hole we pour the yeast with the warm water, add a splash of olive oil and knead until we get a thin and elastic dough, without lumps.
We cover the dough with film and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then, we knead it again and divide it into four portions.
We stretch each portion with the rolling pin until we achieve a rounded shape. Preheat the oven to 250o C, spread the dough on a tray lined with baking paper and cover the surface with the filling.
We bake for 10 minutes and we have them ready to eat. Delicious!
