7 rear chicken quarters
An onion
600 gr. of potatoes
A head of garlic
A green pepper
Cava
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary branches

How to prepare Roasted Chicken with Cava

The cava roast chicken is delicious. If you are tired of always making chicken the same way and are looking for a recipe full of flavor, in which the chicken is very tender and juicy, and that the whole family likes, you have found the perfect dish.

To enjoy a delicious chicken roasted in cava, the first thing we must do is peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. We leave them on the oven tray.

Next, we cut the pepper and onion into julienne strips, and put them on the potatoes. We also chop the garlic and distribute it on the tray.

Season with salt and pepper and add a splash of oil, and stir everything with your hands, so that the vegetables are well coated.

We put the chicken pieces on the tray previously seasoned with salt and pepper on both sides. We add some rosemary leaves, drizzle with a good splash of cava and bake in the oven, previously preheated to 190o C, with heat from above and below, for 40 minutes.

When 20 minutes have passed, turn the chicken over and bake at 230o C, until golden. Delicious!
